Overall Personality
Please list at least 5 personality traits and explain how they would be seen in your character
- BIPOLAR - Cat has proven to be a bit bipolar on a number of occasions. She can be very happy and then as soon as someone says something to her that sounds even remotely critical, she will get very offended and upset, but, she will quickly be happy again when the subject changes or the person explains or apologises.
- KIND- Cat is very kindhearted and shows this in a number of ways. She likes to be helpful toward others and there really aren't any people she doesn't like unless they give her a real reason to.
- CHILDISH- Cat does tend to be very childlike at times and often needs for others to take care of her. She does in fact eat baby food and enjoys it, which contributes to her childlike factors.
- CHEERFUL- This is Cat's 'default' personality, one might say. She tends to be cheerful almost all the time, as long as someone isn't critical of her or mean to her. She has a very bubbly and friendly personality and will talk to just about anyone, even a thug or prison member, regardless of whether or not she knows them.
- GULLIBLE- Cat has always been extremely gullible. She will believe just about anything which contributes to her naiveté and to her childlike qualities.

Place of Residence:Los Angeles/Hollywood, California
Birthplace: LA, California
Father's Name:Barry Valentine (his name was Americanized after moving to America as a young boy; his Italian name is Bartolomeo Valentino.)
Mother's Name: Hannah Valentine
Siblings: Christopher Valentine, though they are close, he does seem to have some problems. Cat is protective of him even though he is older, and when he is able, he is also very protective of her. When she is around her brother, that is the only time Cat will not act like a child.
History:Cat was born to Barry and Hannah Valentine in the late spring and in the beginning of June, which eventually leads into summer. She was their second child, their first being her older brother. Cat had a pretty good childhood with loving and doting parents, despite the fact that they argued all the time.
As she grew older, like her brother, Cat began to show signs of having some type of mental illness. She seemed to be bipolar, while her brother had more of a severe mental illness, it seemed. Cat grew to be bubbly and outgoing and almost always happy, where at the same time she was easily offended and extremely touchy and sensitive. She would get scared by loud, unexpected noises and always hated thunderstorms. This was a result of one night when she was quite small, when her parents were arguing with one another and yelling particularly loud. It frightened her, and halfway through the argument she could hear thunder rolling outside almost as loud as the yelling that was taking place inside. She and her brother hid upstairs in their rooms and pretended not to hear.
Cat's parents always apologized for fighting and they would often say that this was just how married couples got along. After meeting her friend Tori, Cat would remark that Tori's parents weren't like that. It was her parents' turn to pretend not to hear.
Cat loved to spend time with her friends throughout all her life, mostly so she could escape her home environment. Her parents were always stressed and took it out on each other, even though it was mostly her brother's fault they were stressed, along with their jobs. All those things affected Cat greatly, whether or not her parents intended it to. And so she grew into the Cat she is today.

As a Valentine Cat had a lot of secrets. Though, she didn't necessarily keep them or even know about them, but they were still there.
But now, she had a secret, and she knew she couldn't tell anyone- especially Beck. Because...
Cat had found another Sky Store Magazine after years of looking, and wasn't about to let it go for the second time. As she sat down at her lunch table she flipped through it eagerly, letting out a little excited squeal as she found things that she liked.
Soon the entire catalog was marked up with suggestions for herself, and she pulled out her pear phone and ordered all her items for express shipping (within the next two days), using her brother's credit card. She hadn't taken it, per se... she'd just found it and written down the number and saved it onto her pear phone. There was a difference.
When she had finished looking through the magazine Cat put it beside her on the bench of the circular table at which she sat, and put away her phone as well. Then she pulled out a strange looking contraption, her latest Sky Store order. It was a small red remote with a screen and several black buttons, along with a red and black collar-type thing with a microphone pad on it. Grinning, she stared at it and wondered who might come by so that she could try it out on them- the world's first dog translating collar and it was all hers for the price of $298.99! Personally Cat thought that was a pretty cheap price, now that the world would finally be able to communicate with dogs.
