Andrea got bored easily. It was just like her to run out of something to do at the place she stayed in that she almost always felt the need to get out and go somewhere, especially now that it was the weekend. She had been out at the mall with some of her friends since it was Friday yesterday, which left her pretty much nothing to do for the entire Saturday. She wasn’t really someone who’d save her homework until the last minute, but she just didn’t feel like finishing the sketch that was due on Monday.
Besides, it was a really nice, sunny day out, perfect for a stroll. How could one just manage to stay at home while the sun was shining so brightly outside? This was why Andrea didn’t waste any time in going for a quick shower, getting dressed and leaving the house to go to the nearby park. It seemed as though she wasn’t the only one with the idea of getting out and about. There were more people than she expected, but it wasn’t too crowded. What bothered her the most was that the park was populated by mostly couples.
She suddenly thought back to her most recent conversation with her sister, which consisted of Andrea asking about her mother, and her sister asking about their dad. There was still a part of her that missed her mother, even though it’s been almost two years since she’s seen her. She wondered if her dad ever missed her mom too, and if he did, how he got over it..
After about ten minutes of walking, she decided to take a break. She headed for the nearest bench and made herself comfortable, watching the other people walk past her. If she was lucky, she’d bump into a friend. ;words? 302 ;lyrics? long gone and moved on by the script ;wearing? this! ;made by? Kris♥!

All of the children in Eric's home were being especially noisy today, and Eric had grown a little bit or a head ache from him. It started the second he had woken up. He accidentally slept it. So, when he went to grab breakfast, all he got was scraps. Between his five siblings and two parents, he was lucky to have gotten that. Still, he felt as if he was starving. So he shuffled through the cabinets and the refrigerator to find something, but he came up short. It was probably shopping day, and his mother didn't go and do that until just before lunch.
Groaning, Eric climbed the stars up to his room. He opened his piggy bank that was really a green turtle bank. He probably had just over three hundred dollars saved up. He took about ten, and he put the rest back in. Then he went outside, got in his car, and drove to McDonalds where he got himself threw McMuffins. He quickly scarfed them down.
When he was finished, Eric realized that he really didn't want to go home to the noise. So, he drove to the park. Parking his car in the parking lot designated for the park, he got out and began to walk. He didn't know where he was going, but it didn't really matter.
Not long after he'd been walking, he came across a bench where one of his friends sat. Andrea. Eric had a huge crush on her since attending Hollywood Arts. It was only because they were actually friends that Eric managed to be a little less nervous then he usual was around his crushes. Since attending Hollywood Arts though, Andrea was the only girl to even catch his attention. Knowing he didn't want to pass the opportunity to be around her up, Eric went over and sat down next to her on the bench.
"Hey Andrea, how's it going?"
Eric felt he might have been trying a little to hard to play it cool. Words![/i] 344 Credits![/i] Lyrics By: Bruno Mars & Template By: Me Notes![/i] None [/size]

"Hey Andrea, how's it going?"
Surprised, she looked up. Honestly, she didn’t think that there’d be anyone she knew who was out on a Saturday morning. People from HA would probably be sleeping in until the afternoon, well they probably were, except for Eric and herself. She wasn’t complaining though, this was better than sitting on a bench by herself, watching other people. And besides, Eric was one of her friends from school and she’d rather hang out with him than anyone in their senior class. She got along with him very well, for some reason.
He was one of the few really good friends she had, not the type of friend who’d say hi and ask how you were just because they didn’t know what else to say. Andrea wasn’t anywhere near admitting it to herself, let alone to anyone, but this year, she felt strangely closer to him than before. She’d find herself taking the seat next to him in classes, but she convinced herself that it was only because they were such good friends.
“Oh it’s you, hey,” she smiled, straightening up in her seat. “Nothing much, just got kinda bored at home, so decided to go out.” She knew she told some of her friends that she was living alone, and surely Eric would be one of them. If not, then there wasn’t anything wrong with letting him know that. Some people would think that being in high school was too young an age to get your own place, but in her situation, it was different. She really wanted to go to Hollywood Arts, and this was the only way she could get it. Besides, she still saw her father some weekends, when he decided to drive by.
“And you, how are you?”

"Oh, it's me? That doesn't sound like you're too happy to see me?"Eric laughed although he honestly felt that way. She probably didn't mean it, but his brain had a way of convincing him of things that weren't true. Like, last week she had made a comment that he can't even remember now, and Eric had thought she never wanted to talk to him again. Her comment to him probably wasn't anything like that though. Then too, he just laughed, made a joke, and brushed it off. He didn't want her to think he was an emotional loser who took everything way more seriously then it actually was. Which, was sort of how he was sometimes. "I'm good, just getting away from the screaming monsters," Eric told, assuming she would know that he was talking about his brothers and sisters. They were always driving him nuts, and he complained about them to just about everyone. He loved them, but Eric liked quiet. Well, unless a football game was on. In that case he was screaming with his buddies with the television volume up all the way. He considered that another story though. “What? No, of course not,” she said. “Wait, that came out wrong. I’m happy to see you.” And she wasn’t just saying it either. She would’ve called him to join her in the park if she didn’t feel like she’d be disturbing him. She knew that he had quite a few siblings to deal with at home, and she didn’t want to tear him away from that kind of responsibility.
At some point, she was jealous of him. She missed the feeling of having a sister to be with, someone she could tell stories to. It wasn’t fun living alone, especially at night when the flat was always too quiet for her liking. She liked the quiet, but when it came to the point where it was deafening, she drew the line.
“Screaming monsters?” she laughed. “Oh come on, they’re not that bad.”
“But really, what are you up to these days?” she asked, looking up at him. “I mean, yeah we see each other at school everyday.. but it’s just that. We used to hang out all the time outside of school.. I don’t know with you, but I get the feeling that you’re avoiding me,” she joked, smiling at him.
